How it works

• Vouchers can be redeemed on all our holiday packages, as partial or full payment towards flights, accommodation, a holiday package and more.
• Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of sale, and can be used 24 hours after purchase.
• Vouchers may be purchased up to a total value of R69,000 per voucher.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Terms of use

• An eGift Travel Voucher can be redeemed on all the holiday packages we offer. It can be used as partial or full payment towards flights, accommodation, a holiday package, and more (for all product types). Vouchers are valid for use within 2 years from the date of sale and are available for use twenty-four (24) hours after purchase.
• A voucher may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto it which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the available balance of the voucher, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
• Vouchers are non-refundable. If a booking paid for with a voucher is cancelled and a refund is required, any amount originally paid using the voucher is refunded back onto a new voucher. Any additional payments made using other payment methods (such as EFT) are refunded to the original form of payment.
• A voucher may be redeemed in whole or in part during its validity period. Where used in part, no change is given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases but is not refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Vouchers cannot be reloaded and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller's cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency.
• We may cancel or render invalid any voucher which we determine, in our absolute and sole discretion, was purchased at any time and in any way (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) by fraudulent means. We may cancel any bookings made using a fraudulent voucher, which may include non-refundable amounts. We are not responsible for any costs you incur if you purchase or attempt to redeem a fraudulent voucher from an unauthorised party, and you are not entitled to redeem any available balance on a fraudulent voucher.
• You are responsible for the security of your voucher. A lost or stolen voucher, or a lost or stolen PIN, may not be replaced, reissued or refunded. You are liable for all transactions on your voucher except those caused by our fraud or negligence.
• Vouchers may be requested up to a total value of R69,000 per voucher. Personal information you give us when requesting a voucher is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
